TERMS OF USE

Real Estate Marketing Alliance is in the business of acquiring leads or referrals from members, validating, verifying and marketing these leads. Members submitting leads will receive a marketing fee.

Membership And Responsibilities

*Members will act as an independent contractor status in all matters for the Real Estate Marketing Alliance. This agreement does not create employer/employee relationship or partnership between members and the company. Members have no authority to bind the company to any obligation

*All information submitted to us must be true and complete. Each member will maintain and update their profile and information at all times.

*Each member shall obtain permission from the customer or leads before submitting their contact information to us.

*Each member understand that you are permitted to share information regarding your lead referrals to third parties.

*Members shall not violate any existing laws and regulations pertaining to security, data privacy, advertising and marketing.

Changes To The Agreement

*Real Estate Marketing Alliance periodically at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, amend this agreement including it's prices due to changing laws and market conditions. All changes shall be effective after notification in the company's website or through electronic mail.

Indemnification

*Any member, as a result of their unauthorized action, misrepresentation and negligence shall indemnify Real Estate Marketing Alliance, the officers,directors and employees, and hold them harmless from any and all liabilities and loss whether direct or indirect or economic loss including judgments, civil or criminal penalties, punitive damages, legal fees, court cost incurred or imposed on the company.

Taxes

*Each member is responsible to report as income all compensation received. You are responsible for all taxes and other obligations like the workers' compensation insurance, withholding tax and the self employment tax.

Non-Solicitation After Termination

*Following the cancellation of the membership agreement, member and Real Estate Marketing Alliance agree that this non-solicitation agreement provision shall apply to all markets in which the Real Estate Marketing Alliance conducts business. The member is prohibited from recruiting existing members. This shall survive the termination of the Agreement. Any violation of this agreement shall provide the company legal rights to seek an injunction and pursue other remedies and legal actions.

Confidential Information

*In addition to other provisions of this Agreement, a member shall never disclose the Real Estate Marketing Alliance trade secrets and other confidential information to any third party including member list,sales report, projections, business plans, partnership and associations. It is the responsibility of each member not to disclose any confidential information. This shall survive the termination of the membership agreement and shall remain binding and effective even after the member is no longer with the company
